Helping people live full and independent lives

SUPPORTED LIVING SERVICES FOR ADULTS

Our supported living accommodations across the South East provide people with the choice to live in a house or flat, and with up to six people or on their own.

Shine Healthcare Recruitment Services will work with a person’s social worker to assess their needs and identify the most suitable Shine accommodation to meet them. We will then, with the person’s input, agree the hours of support they are entitled to and work out funding arrangements.

People living in Shine Healthcare Recruitment supported living can receive anything from 10 hours a week to 24 hours of support a day.

Shine Healthcare Recruitment Supported Living service provides support for people with various needs to live in their own homes. The support can be for just a few hours each week or 24 hours a day.

All our services are tailored to each individual person and we make sure that they are at the centre of the service we provide. Our aim is to meet their needs and aspirations and help them live life to the full.

We provide support in a number of different ways, including helping someone find a home. Our services include:

  • Single person houses or flats
  • Shared blocks of flats
  • Shared supported houses

Our dedicated and highly skilled team works with the people we support and with their supporters. We aim to provide holistic support and services that meet people’s wishes and needs and ensure that they are in control of their lives. Using simple principles we:
